This HSS-E single-flute cutter is engineered for slotting and drilling in aluminium and UPVC profiles. Manufactured in Germany by Wemaro, it offers outstanding precision, durability, and smooth chip evacuation. The stepped shank design (Hals freigeschliffen) provides improved stability inside deep cuts, making it ideal for demanding CNC and manual routing operations.
It is compatible with a wide range of copy routers, drainage slot routers, and CNC machining centers, including:
AFS, BJM, elumatec, Emmegi, FOM, Haffner, KABAN, Kombimatec, Pertici, Pressta-Eisele, Rapid, Rotox, Schirmer, Striffler, TEKNA, Thorwesten, Wegoma, and many others.
Recommended operating speed: 8,000 – 20,000 rpm.
For aluminium machining, direct and adequate cooling spray is strongly recommended to ensure long tool life and optimal cutting results.
